Body Fat Range for Period?!
Question: I know that if a woman's body fat is too low her period could stop. But can a woman be too fat to have her period? what is the range of body fat for a menstrual? Does any of it have to do with energy the body has?

I know a women should not be under 12%-15% or she can lose her periods and face other health problems. But it also depends on whether her body fat percentage is too low because she is extremely underweight or because she is extremely muscular. An extremely muscular women could have a body fat percentage in the low teens and may still have enough body fat on her to menstruate where as a very underweight female very likely does not.
As for being too fat to menstruate, I guess if a women was very obese this could be a problem. I'm really not sure of a number though, but I'm guessing over 40% body fat.
