You are at a perfect weight, honestly. If you must do something, don't diet seriously, just stop eating at McDonalds. Excersise is waaaaaaaaay more important to healthy weight loss.

130 is a good healthy weight for your height, but if you don't like the way the weight looks, start a workout routine with lots of cardio (jog after school, do some crunches when you wake up, etc).

If you want to just lose a few pounds, start by cutting down your portion sizes a little bit and trying to balance them like 50% veggies, 25% carb, 25% protein. Drink tons of water to help your metabolism and digestion, and its really great for your skin too!

Diets are a great thing. DON'T CUT BACK YOUR PORTION SIZE. Start with smaller meals spread 5-6 times over a day.

Consume healthy fats, lean proteins, and complex carbohydrates.

Eggs, nuts, white-meat chicken, white turkey, fish, oatmeal, whole wheat breads and cereals, brown rice, EVOO, flax seed oil, protein powder

stuff like that.

Now to lose weight, it won't be fast. Cardio and a healthy diet will help you lose what you need to.

Start drinking a gallon of water and taking a multivitamin daily. Good luck :]

Your ideal weight would be 130 lbs so you are not overweight and all and you should be very happy with your weight. You don't need to lose any weight.
