If you dont eat for a week, how much weight will you loose?!

thats not a way to loose weight, and you'll probably gain some from malnutrition

just dont do it
or eat salad and stuff if you want to lose weight
and celery, you lose more weight eating it then you put on cause its chewy and its basicly water

It depends on the person and that person's metabolism. If I don't eat for a DAY I will lose 2-3 pounds.

Crash dieting is a really bad idea, though. It forces your body to go into 'starvation mode' which, rather than helping you lose weight, inhibits your ability to metabolize anything. When your body goes too long without adequate nutrition, your metabolism comes to a near stand-still to try and preserve what calories your body does have, so you don't die. It causes you to retain water, makes you extremely tired and nauseous, will cause headaches and muscle pains... and is generally just a bad idea.

The Weight Watchers commercial has it right... diets don't work. If you want to lose weight, you have to make a lifestyle change, not just stop eating for a week.

are u kidding me.How do you think you can survive without food for 7 days.You could die and probably be in heaven after 7 days.For the sake of god please dont do it.It is a really bad idea.There are many other ways to lose weight.Do cardio 5 days/week for 30 mins if you want to tone up or do weight training for 5 days/week if you want to buff up.

A lot, but you'll also feel crappy and weak. If you can even hold out that long. Starvation has never worked for anyone, all it's done is make people unhealthy and even destroy lives. That's not something to mess with. Your body NEEDS food. Diet and excersize my friend :)

If you don't eat regularly your body will go into starvation mode. It will start to metabolize your own muscle tissue, which will cause an increase in myoglobin in your blood along with an increase in keytones due to increased protein metabolism. This, in turn will put a tremendous strain on your kidneys, which leads to all kinds of fun problems.

So if you are tired of your kidneys, by all means, don't eat for a week or more.

You will start to gain more weight! Because not eating causes your body to go into "starvation mode" causing it to build up fat. The best way to loose weight and doing it in a healthy way is to eat protein and vegetables,fruits, and even eating some pasta every once in a while. Don't eat Ice Berg lettuce, because it is basically water, and not that nutritious eat dark greens. But also exercise

It doesn't really matter because you will just gain it back when you start eating again.
