fSeriously, live a little. You can have anything you want...in moderation. The fact that you workout is a bonus. If you have a piece of cake...run an extra 20 or do more repetitions when you weight train to burn off some of the extra calories is your concerned about it affecting the weight loss.

diet is a lifestyle, not here today and gone tomorrow. not hot then cold. if your serious about getting in shape and losing weight, then stick to it. How serious are you about getting in shape? Don't fall to temptation, what go will it do?

After 2 weeks we can continue with diets. However, you can not move all holidays and nice foods for the time you will be slim enough :))
Relax and enjoy the holidays! If you cannot burn fat, it is nice if you not put more than 1-2 kg plus...
After holidays start winter diet for 1 week and you will lose 2-4 kg.
Merry Christmas!

You probably won't be able to refuse all the foods over holidays, you will feel depressed and upset if you do.

The secret is to allow yourself some slack.

Everyone seems to overeat during this time so you just need to work out up front what you class as being acceptable to you.

Most people have salads as well as baked veg for the main course, You could take a couple of small pieces of meat and fill your plate with salad.

So long as you LOOK like you are eating - most people will leave you alone and not offer more - if they do, you can point to your plate and say " not just now thanks"

If you can't get away without having a drink, keep your glass with you and only sip it, that way it will stay fairly full and again when a "top up" is offered, you can put your hand over the glass, indicating you don't need a top up. Another trick is to have tonic water or something similar in your glass and drink that.

Cake and sweets are much the same - if you are strong enough, put 2 slices of cake on your plate but only eat one. The slice on your plate indicates you still have something to eat so you shouldn't be hassled into eating more.

Sweets, usually fruit salad or something similar, or maybe just plain fruit pieces.

These are some little tricks to help you control what you eat.

The other thing to remember is - it is the festive season and no matter how hard you try, you may give in to that extra slice or two of cake.

IF this happens DON'T STRESS OVER IT.

You have begun a good healthy exercise regime and a few days of extra eating won't take too long to work off again.

The point of this long answer is simply to say you are in control of what you eat, don't deny yourself the happy times ahead, because stressing and regret will do you more harm than a few extra calories will. Still continue your excersie daily and when the season is over just return to your former eating habits and exercise.

Enjoy your Christmas break
