Do you think i ate toooooooo much today?!


Question: 3 oranges

1 cucumber

2 bananas

2 "slices" of a celery stalk

1.5 ounce bag of pretzels (220 calories)

1 Bolio bread with walnuts&raisins in it (from a bakery)-i'm gussing a ton of calories= [!!

5 strawberries

about 2 cups of steamed broccoli


1 cup of hot green tea
1 cup of hot coffee
too much water..



not all at once or in this order..but throguhtout the day..
so what do you think????i didnt workout i was studying all day ( i am 15 years old)
i feel like a fat cow
it is 10:30pm and i feel like eating
help me stop!!!!!!

You can not have to much water!! And if you eat healthy there is no such thing as eating too much!!! And i am a good guesser so i would say somewhere between 1600-1800!!!!

About 210 for the oranges, 200 for the cucumber, 220 for the banana, 100 for the celery, then 220 for the pretzels, 500-600 for the bread, 100 for the strawberries, 120 for the broccoli, 0 for the tea and 25-75 for the coffee!!!

Well yes you did eat a large portion of foods but they are all healthy for you exception of the Pretzels ! ...!!! ..But you should be fine ..You didn't eat large large portions of it ..you know what i mean ! ...Just a lot of different things... But like i said its all healthy for you !!! ...Uh.. I don't really know how many calories you ate today but i would count your calories when you eat ..it does help and help you cut down !!!! LOL ...But You are suppose to have at least 1500 calories a day and i know you didn't go past that ...Good luck and hope this helps !

don't worry dear , its not too much bcz roughly its near 1000kcal. but ya as you were be sited whole day it was not good . bcz it could slower your metabilosm.so try to be active.

no offense sounds like your a health nut.

i ate a cheese burger and fries for lunch, then for dinner i ate shrimp and fries (again).

you ate more then me, but healthyer. but i ate good food. lol

you've asked the same question (varied though) four times in the last half hour.
i think you need to eat more. i am myself, a health nut, and although what you ate was healthy, it is never healthy for a 15 year old girl to record what she eats every day, and i mean never.
have some brown rice with steamed vegies and some aloe vera juice (you didn't eat enough calcium).
it is also really important to have breakfast every morning, as it gives you energy for the day.

Your diet is not balanced. How about adding a few more vegetables a day. Reduce nuts and add other forms of proteins. Otherwise you sound like a healthy eater.
