How many calories are u supposed to have at each meal?!

For females, I would recommend 2000calories a day. So I would suggest 400cals for each meal and 200cals for each snack. 3meals and 3snacks is a good healthy diet

Carbohydrates: 151-194g (35-45%)
Protein: 151-194g (35-45%)
Fat: 38-48g (20-25%)
High Carb Days
Carbohydrates: 215-237g (50-55%)
Protein: 108-151g (25-35%)
Fat: 28-38g (15-20%)
Depending on how you want to eat.
