Your body will only absorb 21-23g of protein at a go so any excess is passed as waste. If you spread your intake if protein over the day your body will slowly adapt so that it burns the protein as fuel over fat. So any fat you are eating will be stored.
Its not a good idea if you are going to do this to gain weight. Take the protein but do some exercise as well.
The other effect is you will have bad farts
some excess will pass through urine....some will mess with your body
Liver damage due to overdose. You should only drink the recommended amount and only after doing weight training. Anymore than recommended will not do any benefit.
You would be constipated really bad. To gain weight eat fast food. Let me know what happens. lol. Stay away from the cheep stuff. My Friend got a tape worm. Try soy, it turns into estrogen real easly, you'll get real girl boobs
you will probably feel sick afterwards, your pee will go brown and you will put on weight (fat)
do yourself a favor and dont try this idea. instead only consume the reccommended number of scoops along with weight training. if you dont want to do weights, dont take whey.
You'd probably throw up or end up with diarhea.
