How many sit ups a day should I do?!
Question: To get great abs, or at least loose the fat around there. I have this old thing whicch you put you feet in then hold the bar and pull back the rubber cord, almost like a cheap rowing machine, what will that do?

look online cuz i'm wasting my time tryin to explain it. but sit ups won't get rid of fat diet and cardio will
First guys right. Sit ups dont get rid of fat. You have to run it off first, then do sit ups and get abs.
