definetly not enough, try eating healthier. You didn't get good amounts of fruit, protein, veggies, grains, calcium, anything! Good luck, :)

your fine, its important for people to realize that its not only what you eat and count calories but also what you burned off.. you may think that you ate alot because of the amount of calories you comsumed "is unhealthy", but it depends what calories your consuming. Its not like you were eating junk food all day.. and besdies even walking 30 minutes can make you lose 100 calories =)
