My Joints Sometimes Click When I Use Weights, Is This A Problem?!
Question: As I've said in the above I do weights quite a lot although they are very light and I'm not a weight lifter or anything.
It's just I do various different excersizes with free weights then do press ups and my shoulders will start clicking?! It usually happens when my muscles are tired...
Is it a bad thing? As it seems not normal as in an already day without using weights nothing ever clicks...
Might it be because the excersize I'm doing is wrong and so I'm damaging my joints. Also will just using free weights harm my body as I use them at home instead of going to the gym and using the weight machines.
