Several come to mind, so I'll name more then one.
Crunches, squats with just your body weight, push ups, trunk twist, and also low impact..a very brisk walk of at least 3.5 to 4 mph for 45 minutes.

Normally I would say walk, walk, walk - but with winter hitting New England I was thinking maybe squats or deep side bends using your body weight as resistance....
