Question: Is this the flu, or just a common cold?
Here are my symptoms: chills, fever (100 degrees), neck stiffness, a sore throat (but my voice still sounds normal), fatigue, burning eyes, and a headache.
Everything but the fever and the throat started yesterday. The fever started this morning, and comes and goes, since I'm taking Tylenol. My throat just now started to hurt tonight.
Should I hold on to the hope that it's a cold, or just accept that it's the flu?
I am incredibly busy and there's some things that I just can not miss. How do you recommend I get by?

it kind of sounds more on the flu side to me.
fever, chills and headache are a big indicator of the flu.
get pleanty of rest and drink lots of fluids and keep an eye on that fever.
