If you for 100 percent sure don't have herpes then you can't pass them on. You can give some one some thing you don't have.
Just so you know cold sores are caused by a type of herpes called oral herpes, if you ever had a cold sore before then you have it too. They are not acne. You can get them with out having any thing to do with oral sex or intercourse. All it takes to pass them is to kiss some one on or around the mouth while they have a visible cold sore.
If you had a cold sore while you gave her oral sex then you could pass cold sores to her genitals.

No- you have to have the virus to pass it on. The problem is that a lot of people don't know they have it cause they have little to no symptoms and thus they pass it on unknowingly. 80-90% of the population has the herpes virus. Only two ways to know for sure you have it...a blood test or an active sore. Herpes is NOT passed on through blood though, it is only passed on by direct contact with a sore or when a person is shedding the virus.

If you100 % sure don't have herpes then you can't pass them on.You can give some one some thing you don't have. The herpes infection is primarily spread by sexual contact which includes sexual intercourse and oral sex. It is caused by two similar viruses.Herpes is not passed on through blood though, it is only passed on by direct contact with a sore or when a person is shedding the virus.

I have herpes and I am an engineer who works for the largest herpes dating and support site STDslove. com. I have to tell you a secret, you can choose not to believe me. But the truth is that this site has more than 650,000 members and about 80% members are good looking in my estimation.

Unfortunately, STD rates soar worldwide and most people with STDs don't even know that they have them. The government should grant more money for STD education to lower the rates of STD transmission.

Um...no... O_o
