I am 11 and have strong allergies. Is it better to take Zyrtec in the morning or!

Depending on the reaction you have when you take it.
My nephew takes his at night because it makes him tired and both Zyrtec and Claritin make my girls very hyper.
Take it in the morning on a weekend to see how it makes you feel and decide from there with your parents.

I don't have allergies, personally, but I have two friends who both take their pills at night. They tell me that this allows them to sleep through the initial side-effects that can show up, while still getting the benefits of the 24-hour dosage.
