Hi, I'm doing a science project and can't find this bit of information anywhere: How many people have Familial Hypercholesterolemia? Either in the world or in the U.S. (I need the actual number, not just "1 in 500 births," rather something like 550,000 people worldwide have it)

I doubt anyone knows exactly how many people have it. There are a lot of people who don't even know they have high cholesterol let alone a specific kind.
Do a web search on google, you learn more if you look for it yourself...
I don't have it :P
