blood sugars go life threateningly low-they must eat something sugary quickly- they will begin too feel weak and drowsy- they will go into a coma and soon there would be a strong chance that the person will die. diabetes is horrible-sadly soo many ppl i know r stuck with it some just 12 years old... :(
He/she will start to burn their own fat for energy, which will cause a buildup of a chemical called ketones. They would start getting severe stomach aches and vomiting. If they continued to not eat, they would start to get ketoacidosis, which is life-threatening and requires hospitalization. A type 1 diabetic must have some form of carbohydrates and insulin every day.

Also if you don't eat, your liver will sense that you are staving and will do a liver dump of glucose into your system which will also make your glucose level go high.
