I don't think its that bad at all, Maybe not even mild, but it is acne,

Most Acne comes from a bad diet and lack of sleep and stress.

So if you have a sweet tooth and like alot of candy and junk food maybe you should cut back and aim for the fruits and stuff.

Also try drinking more water pure day and less soft drinks that will clear it up seeing water cleans toxins from your body.

And try and relax more and not stress out.

Get out side in the sun more it will dry it up and clear it up pretty fast.

Wash your face twice a day with a antibacterial soap that's for sensitive skin, and sleep with your hair pulled back out of your face ina pony tail or hair band,

The more your hairs out of your face the faster it will clear up and not come back the oils from your hair will cause it and it wont let your face breath any and get air to it that's why its all on ur forehead is cause of your hair.

Maybe also go get put on birthcontrol, it clears up a bunch of girls acne, just tell ur mom you want it for u acne, so she dosent think it for sex. Alot of girls are on it for acne.

Most dermatologists would probably classify your condition as Acne/Vulgaris Moderate but not extreme. Facial Acne is caused by hormonal imbalance, lack or cleanliness, and foods that create high toxicity levels. Bacteria on the epidermis just makes it worse. Start by eliminating all makeup except lips/eyes; wash your face and other affected areas four times a day with mineral soap and water and try and keep your hands off your face as much as possible. Then research/remove all the 'take aways' from your lifestyle and begin adding them back in several-week increments to see which ones are problems for you. These include all processed foods, preservatives, additives, processed dairy, high fat [you can find these listed in any good Acne site] and adjust your diet to include high levels of hydration/fruits/vegetables. All the experts agree that there are good solutions now that do not require expensive drugs and harsh chemicals. Avoid the 'home remedy' type solutons; the only ones that work are simply anti-biotic. Also, don't look for an overnight solution...acne involves complex body chemistry issues and its solution is a process; not an event. The bottom line is this: learn about acne and find out what foods and lifestyle changes work for you not against you. Best of luck...Arlan.

Hello!
I have to say I have tried almost everything to get rid of acne: Creams, strips, cleaning, and all type of home made remedies, and nothing really helped to definitely get read of acne nor blackheads. I have to say that certain things that helped partially:

- Change your diet and include plenty of nutrition rich foods like fish, diary products, fruits and greens. The Omega-3 and Omega-6 present in the foods helps clear the pores of the skin and remove the secretions and dust thereby allows the skin to breath and glow.

- The biggest enemy of your face is the oily skin which gives rise to Acne formation. Therefore it should be your endeavor to always keep your face free of oil and secretions

BUT it wasn’t, until a friend of mine told me how she solved her acne problem. At first sight her solution looked like one of this promises books out there about how to solve your acne problem.

As the method was 100% back guaranteed, I thought I had nothing to lose. What I didn’t know it was how much I had to win with it with the step- by-step solution I got! (They say it is based on a 7 year period of trial and error). Not only did I get rid of blackheads and breakouts, but in 7 weeks I was able to get my acne cured permanently!

1 and half years later my skin has never looked better. For me it was really worth it the try.

Best of lucks!
