What's worse ? Steriods or alcohol ?!

Question: What's worse ? Steriods or alcohol ?
Ok my brother goes out Thursday , Friday and saturaday night drinks vodka, beer and smokes , on the other hand I'm opposite I don't drink or smoke but eat healthy go to the gym 5 days a week but use anabolic steroids and I g f ! He insists his life style is still better than mine , he says alcohol is legal steriod are illegal so they cause more harm but I think if steriods made as much revenue as drink and smoke they would be legal to ! The question is who s more likely to hit health issues first ?

His habits are not as unhealthy as yours are, and you will probably encounter health problems sooner than he does, given equivalent usage. That's just the odds, though...he could get lung or throat cancer tomorrow, and you could also get a problem tomorrow.

MODERATE alcohol use is actually somewhat healthy. But moderate means no more than one or two drinks a day, and never more than a couple of drinks in one 24 hour period.

Alcohol and smokes will give more health issues.

Alcohol worsens depressions and messes with your brain.

Smoking. Each smoke takes away 12 min of your life, makes it hard to breath, hurts your kidney and lungs.

Steroids hurt your body too. After it wears out or not, you will feel week and vulnerable.
All I am trying to say is, try to avoid alcohol, smokes, and steroids, JUST to be safe

That is like asking what is a better way to die? A knife in the heart or a shot to the head. Both are bad and should be avoided. It doesn't matter who has a worse lifestyle, you both need to stop.

Probably you. Steroids cause problems much sooner. Depends, though, on how much he drinks and smokes. But steroids are just bad news man.

....Umm , You probably will... But he'll probably die first.

LOL

You, Unless if your brother is a long time smoker/drinker.
