No, that doesn't sound like a panic attack. It sounds like you are highly stressed and are having anxiety issues though due to all the things that are going on in your life. Stress can definitely take a toll on your health and make you sick.
A panic attack feels more like a very heavy feeling in your heart. You can have trouble swallowing and breathing. It feels like impending doom and you almost feel like dying. That's how it feels to me anyway.

I sometimes get panic attacks when I drive.

Wow- I wouldn't be sleeping either. That's a HUGE amount to be dumped on one person at one time.

And when we get stressed - our immune systems get weaker, and we get physically sick on top of everything else.

Likely your not eating well either, right?

So lets do some immediate work on stress relief.

Start out by talking a walk every day - outside, 30 minutes - don't worry about speed or distance, no radio, no distractions - preferably in a park.

Next look up some articles on meditation. try it - no tv, no radio - just quiet- dont worry if you fail at first, it is hard to let go but very worth it.

Next, spend a little time making up some healthy meals and snacks, prepare enough that you have them in the fridge and you can grab them when hungry.

Accept that you cant change everything and all anyone can do is their best. Work through your issue one at a time, find some support groups so you have people to talk to- takes time- but you can do it.

Godspeed.
