for example me, resting heart rate, 52
blood pressure 91/54
norm is 76 and 120/80
i dont get dizzy, i was hydrated at the time,
dont take any medication
my sodium intake is not normally high,
i had a banana an hour before for my breakfast.
no exercise the day before

Lets assume everything is average and you are symptom free.
It doesn't mean a thing.
It just means you are operating at an adequate rate.
76 is average, not normal.
The same applies to 120/80.
By the way the 120 refers to the pressure on your arteries as measured in mm of hg(mercury) the 80 is the average or resting phase of a cardiac cycle.
