I think I have chicken pox, can anyone help?

I'm 17 and woke up this morning with all these red bumps on my chest, face, back, and top part of my legs... I at first thought I all of a sudden had some really bad acne but the bumps are fluid filled and not not like a normal pimple. It doesn't itch and they don't hurt or anything... I went to the doctor today and he said that he didn't know what I had because so many people are vaccinated for chicken pox that he hasn't seen a case before... which didn't really help. So can anyone help me a little better then him?

sounds like it ,but you say they don't itch=chicken pox do itch
you could have impetigo =go back to Dr and have him recheck you==you could also just have a very bad reaction to something you ate
