I want to know if the dust we see in our homes is it part of it dead skin flakes of our bodies?

Actually it is even grosser than that. We shed skin and hair and these little bugs called dust mites, that are invisible to the naked eye, create the dust when they eat the sloshed off cells. That is why you need to vacuum your bed and areas where pets sleep because they gravitate to these places where there is a lot of cells. If you don't vacuum regularly dust mite allergies become worse.
