Question:

Difference in these antibiotics?

I was given a course of Amoxicillin for an ear infection. It did not go away so the dr prescribed Augmentin which says it is Amoxicillin also? Are these different or just a different name for the same thing?

Answers:

Amoxcillin is so over used everything has become resistant to it. The Augmentin is different and you will be fine!! Hope you r feeling better soon.
