Sinus pressure?!

Sinus pressure?

Im taking Allegra as well as two prescribed nasal sprays. I still have sinus pressure and some pain behind my eyes. What is good to use to relieve sinus pressure?

I hate sinus pressure so much!! I get it too and its excrutiating..What I do is take Ibuprofen believe it or not...and lay down with a warm compress over my forehead and underneath my eyes...I also massage the area on my face with my fingers that is pressurized, that seems to help a little, Sometimes taking a warm shower, and also taking a nap can help some too. If it is persistant and doesn't go away soon, you should see your doctor, and maybe an ENT (ear nose throat Dr.) and get a CT scan of your sinuses done...Good luck! Get well soon!!
