If it worked on someone they were very lucky - it can and has burned a lot of people and made it worse.. besides if it cured acne they would market it to do just that.
If you need to get rid of acne fast make sure you use an acne wash, and take a hot compress to the zit.
If it's got a head it will pop with little pressure - add peroxide to clean out the bacteria and add acne cream.
do not squeeze them if they aren't ready (or scar)
and stay on top of acne with a good solid regime twice a day!
