Spilled water on antibiotics?!
Question: Spilled water on antibiotics?
Ok this is going to sound crazy, but last night I accidently spilled half a cup of water into my brothers antibiotic container, which was open. Will the water damage his antibiotics, make them less effective, etc?

Well....kinda simple answer here...Did his pills get wet? If so? Then they have probably dissolved,and therefore are nothing more than a wet pile of pills that looks like chalk by now.And,if his medication were capsules? And,they aren't sticky or wet at all? Just separate them,and allow them to dry and hopefully...they will be ok.Why would your brother just leave his open bottle of medication laying around? Weird.Good luck.
