No, not necessarily at all.

HIV is one kind of sexually transmitted illness, which you can even contract in non sexual ways (through direct contact of 4 body fluids, namely blood, semen, vaginal discharges, and breast milk), but there are many more and each one can be contracted individually.

Among the most common STI you may want to get tested for if you are sexually active there are: chlamydia, gonorrhea, and HPV (Human Papilloma Virus - can cause cancer and genital warts).
The first two are bacterial. easily treatable, and rarely show any symptom (over 50% of men and 75% of women with chlamydia have no idea they are infected because they have no symptoms), but the STI can be transmitted even if they show no symptoms, and if left untreated they can also expand and even cause complications and infertility. The test for the first two is a really easy urine test and they are both treatable. Syphilis is another treatable bacterial STI, also difficult to detect in its first stage but potentially deadly if unnoticed.
Viral infections such as HIV, HPV, or herpes cannot be cured but can be treated to limit their effect, and the earlier the better, which is why it is also recommended to get regular tests. There are more STIs than just these ones above, including some caused by parasites (which, however are easier to detect because you can normally see the parasites or their eggs, and they cause severe itching), but you should not freak out about them all right now!
Think about where your sexual behavior stands on a spectrum of risks: are you sexually active? Did you have multiple partners recently? Had they been with any other partner before? Most importantly, did you use a barrier method of protection (i.e. male condoms, female condoms, and dental dams) at every intercourse until you were in a monogamous relationship in which both partner had been tested? Remember that someone who has two unprotected intercourses is more at risk for STIs than someone who had twenty protected ones. And also remember that condoms are more effective at protecting against certain STIs rather than others (for those transmitted through skin-to-skin contact such as genital herpes, the area covered by the condom may be insufficient).
The only way to know is to get regular tests after each new partner and to communicate clearly and honest with each partner to know where they stand! :)

Not necessarily. The fact that you do not have HIV does not mean that you do not have any other STDs. Testing for each STD is very specific. An HIV test will only show if you have HIV. In order to find out if you have any other STDs, you need to ask to be tested for other STDs.

I do HIV education and testing.

Not necessarily. There are several stds and they don't all come as a package deal. You can get one without getting all the rest.

No. HIV testing is only for HIV and other tests should be done to determine if you have other STDs
