Question: Please help! How can I get rid of my face moles?
I'm desperate to get rid of them! And If anyone knows about any miracle cream or something that will permanently get rid of them I would love to know. I don't want to get them removed because I don't want a scar on my face. I would love ANY advice, ANYTHING you say would be helping me soo much whether it's a tip or awebsite or experience.. Most likely your moles do not make you ugly. You are only 14 so you are a little sensitive about your looks, which is understandable.
As for moles-> these are caused by skin cells called melanocytes. Bleaching creams will not work (at least the ones that you can by in the drug store).
Moles can be removed by laser but this is expensive and not all dermatologists believe in laser therapy for moles. There is a theoretical risk of missing a melanoma when you use the laser.
The other option is surgical removal and under the eye is not a great place to operate but it is still possible. Surgery will leave a scar no matter how incredible the surgeon is. It is usually a very tiny scar but some people make larger scars than others so there is always a small risk that the scar will look worse than the mole.
Unfortunately, you can not just shave it off or pick it off. In young people the moles usually just come back. In people older than 40-shaving is usually a good option.
The moles probably add to the character of your face. You might think they are ugly now but I bet when you are a little older they will not bother you as much. There are famous models who have moles on their face. Angelina Jolie has a mole on her forehead.
