Question: Sore Throat and Swollen Lymph Nodes?

I'm having a large amount of pain on the dorsal part of my oropharynx. It's to a point where I cannot even swallow spit without pain, and I have been spitting in a bottle to avoid swallowing as much as possible. Any ideas on what it is or what I should do?

I was like that yesterday, but I took some Alkazeltser Plus and it made me feel a lot better, take some halls also. I'm still coughing today but my throat doesn't hurt much at all.
