Mean u have to have an infection it can mean many things but urinary tract infections
Can be easily gotten. It is when bacteria over produces in your urinary tract. It can be caused by something as simple as

Pee. Cranberry juice will make you feel better by wil not solve your problem
You need to go to the doctor and have a simple dipstick test done and they will prescribe you anti copyist be sure to take all of them even though your feeling better.

Do some research, but having urinary tract infection basically means just that - there is a bacterial infection in your urinary tract. 1 in like 3 women have the bacteria in their bladder, and when the area gets hot (it's not called 'honeymoon disease' for nothing...), the bacteria travels up the urinary tract. I've had it, and it's like pissing razorblades and you feel like you have to go to the toilet ALL THE TIME. You have to go to a doc, do a pee test and get some antibiotics. IF that's what it is. I don't remember my piss ever smelling any different to how it should smell.

You're either dehydrated, or you wipe the wrong way after using the bathroom. Dehydration can cause them because when you urinate you expel bacteria from your urethra, and if you're not urination often enough the bacteria can build up and create infection. With wiping the wrong way, you can get feces in your urethra, and that can also cause infection.
