What illness goes with these symptoms?!

I wish I could say... Those three symptoms can be present in almost anything, from something as simple as a bad cold or strep, to something as serious as acute liver failure.

If symptoms get worse/ any more appear, go see a doctor. They'll be able to tell you much more than anyone on this site. Otherwise, you should start feeling better within a week. Probably less.

In the meantime, stay home! Don't stress yourself over anything, eat light, drink as many fluids as you can keep down, and get better!
