No, not in my head, now what?!
Question:
No, not in my head, now what?
http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?...
Yes I have been diagnosed with these things
sonograms (spelling), stool test, bloodtest, poked proded so much more
but other than a crazily strict diet (which has helped)
which I follow pretty well,
but if I followed to a t I wouldn't get enough vitamins
it would be a fruitless, white grain free, furmented free, vegan RAW diet
and birth control, and antibiotics (which made things worse)
and 50,000 IU of precription vitamin D a day! (the normal daily recommendation is 2,000 daily)
I haven't been treated otherwise
the IBS doesn't just "go away" mentally or with pepto
lol
the yeast isnt just a regular thrush infection
no I'm no a hypocondriac
any advice?
I don't usually focus on it, but it is hard not to , when it pretty much keeps you in the bed with a laptop
makes it hard to have friends
or a life
Answers:
Ok, I'm sure you have already thought of this one but I'm going to suggest it anyway. TAKE PROBIOTICS TWICE A DAY, EVERY DAY.
And my next suggestion would be Take a long walk every day, at least 1/2 hour. Better yet, get a puppy and take him with you every day on your walk.
Good Luck
