Can putting toothpaste on a rash on my leg get rid of it or should i use flour?

Wash with plain soap and warm water. Pat dry. Apply hydrocortisone cream, not ointment. Leave it open to air. If you do not have hydrocortisone cream, after washing and drying, dust lightly with corn starch, not flour. If the rash does not go away in a few days or if you have any shortness of breath, see a doctor right away.
