Question: I need help with keratosis pilaris!?
i have keratosis pilaris(the little red dot skin condition) and i was wondering what the best thing to put on it was!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The disorder is actually incurable!. But, there are a couple things you can do to make it better!. Usually it goes away with age, but if you don't want to wait, try exfoliating them off with a loofah & using vaseline afterwards!. If your condition is more serious, go to your dermatologist and they'll prescribe you this thick white cream!. You have to put it on twice a day and keep it on for half an hour in the dark, but after 3 months the bumps almost go entirely away!.

i also have it!.!.!.!.and when I went to the dermatologist about 2 weeks ago I asked for something and my doctor just told me just moisturize alot a few times a day!.!.!.!. also exfoliate that will help it the most, you can buy some exfoliating body wash/soap or buy a pair of exfoliating gloves to scrub and exfoliate, iv been doing that and it is a little better but sadly i don't think its ever going to go away for good !.
they do sell stuff i think at some drug stores so people say, i never knew that till recently, i just knew of the kind they sold at sephora, someone had the same keratosis pilaris problem and this was recommend http://www!.sephora!.com/browse/product!.jh!.!.!.
if you just want a cheap way to maintain it!. then just exfoliate and apply lotion a few times a day
