Does anybody know a GOOD & EFFECTIVE body cleanser for ppl that have acne of their backs??
DON'T say proactive please!! My brother tried it and it didnt work! Neither did taking accutane! We saw at walmart they had neutrogena body exfoliator and phisoderm body but didn't know which one to choose and didn't know if it worked! Has anybody tried a brand that are sold at the drugs store that helps A LOT to get rid of the acne on my brother's back?? THANKS!!

Ok, I will assume that your brother is going through puberty or in his teens...
Now, what you can tell him is to lay off all the oily and greasy foods.
Apparently he has skin like mine and the oils and grease comes "out" on his skin and clogs his pores.
Lay out in the Sun! It tends to dry out the skin, and helps with acne.
Also, I use a "brush" on areas where I break out, (even at 50 I still get it, adult acne), to clean my pores with plain soap and water!
Now, if its "that" bad, he may need to go to a dermatologist and get some antibiotics (he may have an infection that causes it, as in adult acne!). A few weeks of this should clear it up).
