My wife has post-chemotherapy induced menopause, at 40 years old?

and has basically told me she has no interest in sex, it doesn't work physically (even with lube) and she can't take any hormone treatments. So, basically, as a married 41 year old guy, I get no sex the rest of my life?

time can help. I didn't have the chemo induced, but i did have issues because of radiation. I can't speak from the chemo side, but for radiation it took about 6 months to a year. Still not perfect, but lots better than it was.
