Djarum Black's, AKA Cloves, contains the same amount as any other medium cig, only dip has a huge amount of that ****!. It has spices and several different types of tobacco packed inside to make you think it has more, but nope, and no, it won't make your throat bleed unless you smoke like a chimney, however, they do contain eugenol which can numb your throat and **** with your gag reflex!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
