Question: Wrist piercing!.!.!.!.infected!?:O :(!?
i pierced my own wrist 14g,theres a black lined tongue bar in it!.i think it might be infected as it is red and the skin is pealing away around the bar!.i am using hot water(not too hot) and lots of salt to clean it twice a day, i am 13!.im quite worried about it!.im not actually sure if its infected its crusty but maybe the salt is making it peal and be red,oh and its hard at the holes!.its bonding with my skin so i try to move it every now and then!.should i keep cleaning it with salt water!?or what should i clean it with!? and do u think it is infected!.has it ever happend to u!? helpful answers please and thank u very much in advance!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's rejecting!. Surface piercings (where a piece of metal travels under the skin in a shallow wound) are notoriously unstable!. Most people can't manage to heal them, and even then, most of them reject before long!. You should probably take it out before it scars!. If it's rejecting now, it will scar!.
Your problem is two-fold: first, you pierced yourself with a piercing that even self-proclaimed "professionals" find hard to heal!. Second: you used the wrong jewelry!. You need a surface bar to do surface piercings, otherwise the shape of other jewelry will help your body reject the jewelry!.
At this point, there's little to no chance of you keeping that piercing!. I'd look up a good piercer in your area (someone with a lot of experience and who runs an actual piercing business, and who has healed and is aware of surface piercings) to have him help you take it out and minimize the chance of infection or scarring!. Then later, if you're still set on having that sort of piercing, have someone who is extremely experienced do it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That infection is growing because of the fungus which is on the skin and entered the wound!.
You should not have do that, as you probably have figured that out by now!.
Letting it go without medical help could cause you to lose you whole arm!.

you can pierce your wrist that's weird
but go to the doctor it's infected and if you dont go it could get worse and then really bad and u could get seriouslly sick
but if you refuse to go to the doctor when my piercings got infected a cleaned them with rubbing alcohol
and that helped

Ok Don't freak out, I've got one too like a month ago and it stills red, sometimes sore and it got hard, but it's just healing, Clean it with camomile tea without sugar, and not to hot, hope it helps!

Why would u peirce your wrist!? Yeah if it is red, swelling, and has drainage its infected need to go to er and let them look at it so they can treat u!. Don't put holes in your body not worth the risk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
hot clean water (without burning) is best - you can leave the salt out!. Soak in hot water 10 to 20 minutes per day and that should remove the infection!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
