Diabetic neuropathy, can be reversed with medicine?

I asked the question as I am diabetic and have noticed neuropathic changes so I would like to have answer to my question along with giving name of drugs that work effectively

no it can not,once the damaged is done it is done! i take Elvia and it seems to help the numbness.
