Insulin resistance: Why won't my weight gain stop?!
Question: Insulin resistance: Why won't my weight gain stop!?
I'm a 21-year-old female suffering from insulin resistance and possible endometriosis!. I am 5'8" and I am usually a healthy/average weight which I try to control as per my doctor's advice!. Recently, however I have started to put on extra weight, up to 6lbs or so in a few weeks, all my clothes feel tight and I feel very tired!.
The twist is that I do exercise and I don't eat excessively!. At the moment I'm appearing in a local musical show and I'm doing at least 2 hours of exercise a day through dancing, but over the last few weeks I've been lethargic and putting on more weight!.
I've been taking care of myself and my health so why is this happening!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
You may have insulin resistance in the form of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome!. PCOS is common in women your age!. This is the time in life that many of the symptoms begin to occur!.
Hypothyroidism is also common with these women!.
Because this can cause significant problems down the road if you do not get an accurate diagnosis, please see a doctor soon!. For the time being you should always eat some (2-3 ounces of protein) with each meal!. Spread out your meals and make them regular!. For example do not have breakfast at 6 am one day and 8 am the next!.
If after your visit to the doctor you do not have any serious problems, then I suggest an herbal product called "Glucose Factors"!. This product has helped many of my insulin resistant and PCOS patients in the last 2 years!. This product has helped all of them with their weight and reduced their blood triglycerides and BP as well!.
Good Luck and please see the doctor soon!.
Hope this has helped some!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
