Could i have an std? Serious answers only please!!!!?

Im wanting to know if i could have an std i have this bump on my vagina and its kinda purple but its a light purple and a couple of weeks ago i had a bump on the back of my vagina close to my anus and it was a reddish color and it hurt everytime i wiped because i would wipe from front to back and it was very painful but it went away and my period came 5 days late but it still came but the purpleish bump has been there for about 1 month and ive been very tired and nauseus lately please help im very scared please only serious answers

i went to my gyno back in febuary and had a pap smear and thats it

The only way to be sure would be to see your GYN. Please do this ASAP. The sooner you are treated the better.
