I've never heard that!. I have reactive hypoglycaemia too, and eggs are a staple in my diet as they provide protein at breakfast!. My doctors have never had any problem with that - the eggs are part of a normal balanced diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I would guess because of the high cholesteral in eggs!.
