Question: Does anyone know a non-medication cure to insomnia!?
Ever since my husband left 15 weeks ago for training I can't get to sleep, at first it was 11, then 1am, then 3am, and here it is 3 minutes till 5 an still no sleep!. I've tried staying up all day and the following night and then sleeping but the next day it goes right back to 5 am!. I don't have money to go out and buy books or sound machines or a better mattress, nor do I want to go to a doctor and get sleeping pills!. Please!. I need help falling and staying asleep!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just go to your bed, and close your eyes, think slowly about nature like: moutains, trees, sea, falls, birds, animals, birth, death, health,sleep, babies crying, laughing, god and etc !.!.!.!.!.!.!. finaly you will had been sleeping!.!. you don't know when you slept!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Try eating a white cracker and a slice of turkey an hour before bedtime!. Turkey contains tryptophan, a compound that makes us sleepy!. It's the reason we want to go to sleep after Thanksgiving dinner!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
