Question: HELP! Cant breathe out my nose!!?
I have a bad cold and my nose is so stuffed up i cant breathe out of it at all! I tried that neti pot nasal rinse, and it didn't even go thru im so stuffed up!. What can i do to help me sleep better at night!. ALso, i can take any drugs because im nursing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Since you can't take any drugs to relieve your stuffy nose!. Buy a humidifier!. There are many types, but get the Vicks Humidifier!. You can put Vicks vaporub on this humidifier!. Once you turn it on, you will see the mist of the humidifier - move your nose closer to the unit and inhale the mist (inhale and exhale several times)!. You can immediately feel relieved after a few minutes only as it will loosen the pressure or the stuffiness in your nasal passage!. I assure you - this is the best that you to help you get some rest and sleep at night!. If you don't have money to buy a humidifer (it cost around $30 - $70), just boil some water in a small pan!. Once the water is hot/boiling, put 1 or 2 tablespoon of Vicks Vaporub!. Get a towel, ang put on your head (so that the air/Vicks coming from the pan won't escape!. Breath the moist air and exhale!. Do this as long as you can!. This will also help you relive the pressure on your nasal passage!. Good luck!.

Yep, There's tons of drugs you can take while nursing!.
Allegra or Claritin are good nasal decongestants (unclog your nose)!.
Tylenol PM Cold & Flu is also good!.
