I have proved them wrong twice now in my life. Once when I was 2 , they told my family to say goodbye to me as I was going to die and the other one was back in 1989 when I was going to have surgery and they told me all of the side affects I was going to have after surgery and what to expect and I ended up with none, so I am one of Brisbanes medical success stories. Both my mother & I have proved them wrong.As a child my mother had rheumatic fever & consequently has heart disease.She was never supposed to have children , it wasn't possible , well I am 1 of 4. As a child I had peritonitis after a burst appendix my parents were told I would never have children.I have 3 healthy children much to the amazement of Drs.
