No....... She needs to learn to be proud of who she is.... I used to have the same exact problem not too long ago but just be confidant in who you are !!!!! Ask her why she thinks that people lay in the sun for hours to get tan...... Its because they want a darker color. Be proud of who you are because as much as she wants to change her skin tone....
