How to cure sinusitis?!

Question: How to cure sinusitis!?

I have allergy on milk and everytime I eat anything with milk, lots of phlegm just form in my nasal passage and throat giving me a harder time to speak!. How do I cure this!?!? Any advices there!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
