Mine has dropped 20% a little goes a long way, start with one quarter teaspoon on fruit .. dont use more till you test it i have been able to reduce my insulin the doctor is pleased

In addition to helping your insulin work better, cinnamon helps lower cholesterol and triglycerides. A whole teaspoon a day is unnecessary... a half teaspoon is plenty.
