Do you have any knowledge of animal protein's ability to promote cancer?!
Question:
Do you have any knowledge of animal protein's ability to promote cancer?
I'm just reading the China Study, and I'm a bodybuilder (that is, I ingest about 100 or so grams of lean, isolated animal protein a day, not including all the salmon and chicken I eat), so I'm wondering to my self, why the HELL did I not hear about this until now?
If you're not familiar with the China Study, it explains through exhaustive animal testing that animal protein is the most potent carcinogen (cancer-promoter) legally available for sale.
Answers:
Because the China Study really isn't a 'study' as much as it is a confirmation for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) to finally have a reason to try and stop people from eating meat. It is also obviously a book intended to generate sales. It is a book that is highly opinionated and if you agree with its concepts than that is fine . . but their 'proof' isn't exactly conclusive that animal protein promotes cancer. It’s just their opinion. Consider the fact that instead of publishing a valid scientific report or presenting their discovery to the research world, they decided to 'sell a book' to the general public.
For one thing . . people who eat health foods and just vegetables . . still get colon and other cancers.
What Dr Campbell won't tell you about the China Study
