Question: Are there "kissing bugs" in Washington!?

I found a bug in my house that look's just like a kissing bug!. I live in Port Orchard, WA!. Do you think that's possible!?I thought they only live in the South!. Can anyone help me!? Thanks in advance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
